Christmas is long gone, and 2020 is now upon us. As we move through this strange period of limbo between the festivities and the normal working routine, it’s nice to have some time to switch off and relax.
Many people are lucky in that they don’t have to work during this period, and the holiday is one of the few times we get to truly unwind, and resist working too hard.
If you’ve overindulged, now is often the time of year where we begin to formulate New Year resolutions, and plans for how to be a better version of ourselves.
Whether it’s learning a new instrument, going to the gym more, drinking less or making progress on our goals, it’s never a bad time to make positive progress.
The key thing is to approach your goals strategically.
Make them easy to achieve and realistic, and you can turn your resolutions into long term, positive changes.
